This is my 1st but NOT my last Palmgren tool. Fit and finish is very good. Instuction book is clear and easy to follow, tool works GREAT.
4 stars only because even at max. depth the staples are just flush not counter sunk, even with 120# of air. The Soft case if Great, allows plenty of storage for extra boxes of staples and no broken plastic hinges. I have 2 othe 18 guage and 1 16 guage finish nailers so this will be dedicated to staples. At this point I would recommend this to everyone.

For the weekend worker, this product is fantastic... well made as all Palmgren products seem to be; nicely finsihed, and works as advertized. I pared it with the Palmgren portable air unit for a great combo. I have driven both staples and finish nails with it and did not have one jam yet. Nice product and well worth the price.
