I have used this so far on about 200 sq ft of floor. I had used another "high-end" gun rented from home depot. This gun works as good or better than the other. I love that it comes with the case and all the accessories. Unfortunately I probably won't use it again for a long time after I finish this project (still have about 600 sq ft to go). But I highly recommend the product.

I recently purchased the Rasmond Nailer to lay my own Teak flooring. Teak is a very hard wood. I paired the Nailer with a Porter Cable compressor rated at 135psi and had no problems with the product at all. The Nailer came assembled and ready to roll out of the box.
To date, I put down 1 room (15x20) worth of flooring and have had only 1 slight issue. After about 8hrs of use the nailer started to leak air around the lower seals. I used the allen wrench (mounted on the side of the tool so you'll never loose it) to tighten up the lower section of the tool and have had no further leaking.
Based on the price point, I couldn't find anything better. I looked at renting from the local HD and they wanted ~$40/day to rent a similiar brand name tool. The big brand names might be worth 2-3x the cost for the professional floor installer that is going to see extended use, but I don't have any reason to believe that this tool wont get through even the largest DIY projects.

I used this with cleats to put in about 250 square feet of bamboo floor. It jammed only a few times, and was pretty easy to get going again. Loading is really quick and easy, and once I got the hang of it my boards weren't splitting at all. There's an art to hitting it with enough force to properly drive the cleat. That comes with putting in a few boards. When I hit it too lightly, the cleat wouldn't go all the way in, and I'd have to use the tip of a screwdriver to very carefully drive it in the rest of the way. Of course I messed up a few times and left a little dent in the board, that is not noticeable now that it is all done. I would recommend not dropping the tool on the nice new floor, as it is pretty heavy, and leaves a good dent in the wood. I've never used one of these tools before, and found it to be quite easy to use. Floor turned out great, except for the dent. Shipping was very fast. I only gave it a four out of five due to the dozen or so times it didn't go all the way in. Again, that was likely my fault for not hitting it hard enough.

I looked at a lot of different tools and I was leaning towards a Bostich unit. I read the reviews for the Ramsond and decided that for the price I would give it a shot. I received it and put down about 500 sq ft of flooring right out of the box and did not have one misfire. The gun is light and the handle is tall so I do not have to stoop as low as my old manual gun. The guy who was helping me with the floor accidentally loaded the nails backwards that caused the nail to jam. I had all the tools in the case to take it apart, clear the jam and the gun worked flawlessly the rest of the floor. Again, this jam was not the guns fault but was loaded wrong. I am a former professional carpenter and I recommend this gun to everyone. The price was great and the performance was outstanding.

I'm not a pro when it come to wood floor, i bought this floor nailler to install a Brazillian cherry floor and it worked perfectly so far. The brazilian cherry is a very hard wood and my worry was that with a cheap gun it would not go in properly well so far so good. No misfire, the pad do not mark the floor, easy to charge the nail in. I would highly recommand this tool.
The only con is make sure that all screws are tight before start so there is no air leak. Ohter than that, its a breeze to use
